Workflow examples

Nine workflows, with the responsibilities shown.

Each example names the workflow, the human checkpoint, and the practical limits. Sources give context. They do not predict your results.

Illustrative, not actual WÖSTAH results. Starting workload figures are hypothetical, except cited source facts. Your own workload, scope, and costs need to be discussed separately. This page does not issue a WÖSTAH quote or guarantee a client outcome.

SOURCE FACTA published figure with publisher, period, and limitation. Research checked October 6, 2026.

SCENARIO ASSUMPTIONA hypothetical starting value for the example. Not a benchmark.

Two kinds of model

Outcome models count extra completed work, capped by real capacity. Efficiency models count no new revenue at all. Only time that removes an actual expense becomes cash. The rest is capacity, shown but never priced.
